Clearly there's an issue as I'm seeing numerous people with the same missing DLC, so I'll wait for an official update from the devs.

By all means do that I'm just saying they posted on here saying if you have problems to click on a link idk where it is though. But they should be on here tomorrow. But yes all the dlc stuff is messing up some did not get any codes some got the wrong codes and others got both codes. Btw sorry if I seemed rude when I said ok relax I was meaning you seem like you are very angry and I don't blame you on that you want your dlc
I've followed the link. It's also posted in the announcement on the Xbox. I posted here as I saw one of the devs post above. It mentions to PM them, but I see no option to do that, so figured I'd post a message here.
There are no codes, it's supposed to be an automatic unlock, but doesn't appear to be working for some.

I preordered the game and got it early but I don't seem to have recieved the DLC? Do you know why this happened?
I ordered it from a website called 'Base' but when I asked prison architect support they said I would get it
