You know how in some prisons, the prisoners go and mine for stone etc. You should add this because it is a critical part of a prison and it could make you more money in the game. Just a suggestion

Is that a thing? Do you mean like the old cartoon-style chain gangs where they would make Bugs Bunny break stones with hammers? I'm imagining the rate of escape tunnels would go up dramatically
