a & b) It was never going to be possible to include everything from PC mode, particularly as a lot of features were added late and still not stable when we begun development on console edition. c) Not aware of any catering related bugs, if you're able to provide me some steps I can do some replication tests, let me know if you'd like to do this.
d) For any system/door/equipment which requires a permanent posting, it's often best to set up a single patrol space next to the thing you want them to control. This means that when the guard becomes tired and goes to the staff room, they will be placed. Also, small staff rooms dotted around the prison helps reduce walking time.
e) Skierky ansdwered this one but yes, AI will always path-find to the nearest accessible shower. If everyone is at the canteen for example, and the regime changes to shower, they'll all just move to the nearest shower. If you want them to use their own cells, you need to get them there first. Lockdown works, as does setting shower to directly after sleep.
f) Not all items are rotatable and the road and vehicle direction is set to vertical. There's no in-game need for a rotating gate as vehicles do not move horizontally on the maps.
g) There are several other plots to build from in Prison Warden mode. Some of them have existing structures, while some have terrain features such as lakes.
h) The clone tool was designed as an extra help for people who essentially want to make their own small quick rooms. We still want to make players build their prisons, it's more for replicating small places with lots of specifically placed items.
i) It's one of two things. Either your inmates are on too short a sentence to do the general education program (particularly min sec), or the inmates needs are stopping them from taking up the course. Suppressed inmates are unlikely to elect to go on courses.
j) When you say "Cant seam to get the low finished up no matter what I do.", what's the specific problem that's stopping you?
