Workers stop building

I am about three days into my prison and my workers refuse to build anything. I started with 500000 so money isn't the issue. Any help would be great

Anytime this happens to me i find that one of my corridors that was built was blocked off with a wall. Make sure the workers have a path to where they are going. It could also be a glitch but in all my experiences it was my user error

Not a glitch pressing dpad up is undo when you press dpad left or right you may have accidentally pressed dpad up at same time.

Are deliveries coming in and being unloaded as expected? Often people don't realise their unloading area is full and they don't have a storage room. If the tiles are full of unneeded building material, boxes etc then useful stuff can't be loaded in. If this is the case,try extending that area or building blocking out a storage space so the workers can move stuff out of the way.
