Won't let me execute a prisoner

I have tried everything...had 95% rate and still prisoner got turned into maximum security. What am I missing?

I guess his appeal was granted if he was turned into maximum security.

I usually try to have a lot of death row prisoners, since they often get off death row and enter max security. As soon as the percentage turns green in the L1 menu, I schedule the execution, that way you should be safe to execute them and not have your prison shut down.

The state would be happy to execute prisoner...press X to execution proceedings...then nothing happens?

He is 92% in the green I press sruare to get proceedings, it tells me first I need to raise percentage...I press X and it does nothing

OK I am an idiot I forgot to assign execution room in flooring...sheesh I feel stupid. Now I just need gun show and solitary snapshots to show up. Thanks to all that replied
