Which retailers in the uk had the pre order dlc?

Hi i pre ordered from Amazon 15th May, game arrived today but no dlc code I'm gutted... Is it an Amazon blooper or was the bonus thru selected retailers only?

Np I ended up with 2 codes for some reason one for Xbox and one for ps4 and I only have a ps4 lol let me know if they sent you a Xbox one as well it's weird

Hi @Stuntman, yes Amazon are distributing codes directly. If it doesn't come through, send them an email or pull them up on instant chat. They have a load of codes and are already prepared to help people who don't receive them.

I spoke to someone from amazon but they said it wasn't eligible. They gave me a partial refund but the refund isn't the same cost as the dlc

That's what I'm afraid of as Amazon UK is different from Amazon.Com as that's the US business. I've also emailed Sales@soldout.uk.com as per the Dlc help page of double elevens website but not had an acknowledgement or anything which is pretty disappointing tbh like I say we'll see
