Hello, I'm loving the game - I think it's really well thought out but there are a few things I can't work out that I'd appreciate some help with:

1) when I summon informants, they come to the security room and just stand there. i can dismiss them but that's all. How do I know what information they have? As soon as I dismiss them, the yellow spikes symbol telling me they have information reappears.

2) when I look at prisoners grading, I'm given ratings out of 10 for punishment, health, security and reform. Ideally, do I want these numbers to be as high as possible? I'd assume so but the circle at 10 for punishment is red, suggesting it's dangerous / a warning?

3) is there any way of finding out why a prisoner has been placed in solitary?

Many thanks in advance for the support!

1) Once an informant is active in the security room you can scroll away or zoom out and you should see icons marking the locations of contraband on prisoners, stashed in cells and hidden in deliveries - you can then click the icons to request searches but doing too many makes the other inmates suspicious. Activating an informant also reveals hidden reputations which is especially handy when processing new intake. The amount of information you receive depends on the informant's percentage coverage.

2) High grading scores will reduce the chance of the prisoner re-offending after release so they're more likely to pass their parole hearings and get you the $3000 bonus for early release without re-offending (plus the intake bonus from their replacement). I guess the prisoner data is averaged somehow for the overall prison grading on the pause screen too.

If I had to guess I'd say red (punishment and security) represent a strict regime, green (reform) indicates a more constructive regime with work and education and yellow (health) is a neutral stat that applies equally to both... or something!

3) The console editions don't show itemised prisoner misconduct data, although a murder will add an additional charge to their rap sheet - plus an extra 25 yrs to their sentence!
