I created a new prison and my maximum security prisoners won't take showers. They each have showers in their cells. They shower just fine in the morning but at night they just walk around the cell and complain of hygiene. There are also clean uniforms on the bed. I tried setting a shower time in the regime after lockup and they won't shower during lockup or shower time. They do shower in the morning, however, during lockup time right after sleep. Water is connected and working.
I have used this method in my last prison and it worked without a problem, but for some reason it is an issue
