i pre ordered my copy of prision architect game arrived today but there is no code in the box for the dlc and i was not emailed a dlc code from the retailer.
I didn't get a Dlc code ether when I picked it up from GameStop
I believe with GameStop all dlc codes are on the receipt.
I would send a email to the retailer was it one of the ones they showed on there site. They did have a list of retailers who are selling the game
pre ordered from bestbuy so yes it was one of the retailers. i tried to contact them but from past experiences with bestbuy they don't care.
Seems to be a mistake on there part. Idk if anything could be done sadly. I'm still waiting for game it will come in like 6 days I hope I get the code I pre ordered it on Amazon
Amazon usually sends an email with pre-order bonuses when the order ships... if it shows as shipped but no email received yet, I would contact their support to follow up.

Surprisingly bestbuy pony upped my dlc code when i complained.
