Problems with toilets?

Anyone have a bug with prisoners complaning about needing to use the toilet?
I have toilets in every cell and they have a water supply. Can anyone explain this? My janitors are sick of cleaning up the trails of pee every morning ;-;

I have had this also, I believe the problem is the having to go outside the cell via working or yard ect. I broke down and installed toilets in the yard chow shop and put a few random ones in high traffic areas, seemed to work hope it helps

If you've got a larger prison where inmates are often quite far away from their cells, you'll need to add some other toilet blocks elsewhere, as they won't be able to go back to their cell to use the bathroom unless there's a decent amount of Free Time normally.
