Prisoners won't work in mail room

Hi, I'm having trouble with my prisoners just standing round in the mail room and not really doing anything, so I'm getting a big backlog of mail in the delivery bay. Can anyone help please?Uploading...

There is a bug with multiple mail rooms. Knock down the wall between the two rooms and it should fix the problem. I had the same problem until I demolished all of my mail rooms and made one large one.

You can assign prisoners to work in a library using the Logistics menu.

For each 12 squares of floorspace you can add one person (up to a max of 20).

Inmates need to pass the Foundation Education classroom course before they can work in a library.
