There has been a bug with my game where prisoners stay in their cells and don't come out all they do is fight and starve.i have changed my regime multiple times. Does anyone know how to fix this or if their will be fixed in the next update
Try putting your prison on lockdown then take lockdown off. If it fails try opening all the doors and move certain ones to solitary then back if this doesn't work then send double eleven an email
This isn't a bug, it's an AI issue. Most common reason for this happening is that there's a hole in your prison where inmates can escape from. Check your perimeter!

It could also be if you have prisoners in a designated area say min sec and the outer area is staff only so the prisoners can't go outside of their selected area
