Prisoners Awaiting Solitary

The To-Do List shows 1 in Solitary and 8 awaiting. I have plenty of Solitary cells available (all set to Shared Security) and plenty of guards just loafing around, so my question is: How can I find out who's awaiting solitary and, more importantly, what the heck are they waiting for???

Hi Shadow!

The inmates awaiting solitary will show up as cuffed and not move around, so they tend to be easy to spot if you're scrolling through inmates (unless you have millions of them!). It sounds to me like there might be a path-finding issue, so we need to figure out what's wrong. Try sending a guard over to someone 'stuck' awaiting solitary using the Guard Response option in Emergencies and see what the guards do.

Thanks, Nat. It looks like it was merely a timing issue. The guards were still in the process of moving the inmates to solitary. All is well now.

Hooray! Yeah I sometimes watch a worker standing around and freak out momentarily. They eventually start working but that 30 seconds is always traumatic
