Hi, how many stories there are added in the new DLC? I bought pre evaluation and I have only 6 chapters on campaign.
No new story only new wardens and something else I forgot

No not the dlc I don't have the new stuff like the sniper towers and temperature
That's only on PC. These guys said if demand is high they will add new things. This is no clone of the PC version

Yeah double check the DoubleID is still connected. The account is still flagged for the content unlock so nothing on this end should be stopping you.
Hello, I bought the preview edition of Prison Architect on Xbox one on 2nd June. I have only just realised that I needed to set up a D11 account for the free DLC. When I try to download it though it still wants to charge me. Can you please help?
Yep, don't worry the DLC unlock is within the game, not via the store. Email support@double11.co.uk with your DoubleID email address and a screencap of your proof of purchase (If you need help finding your proof of purchase, Microsoft have a guide on how to look this up online that I'll link below.) and we can switch it manually for you!
