I have a question if you don't mind you forgot to get back to me on the dlc question I wanted to know since I pre ordered the game on Amazon if the dlc will come in a email or in the box ik you where busy so that's why I did not bring it up for awhile since you where looking into that mistake on Amazon with the digital copies lol.

What update are you missing? The last one was 24/6/2016 and included achievements and DLC content (if you've got Double!D connected).

I have the game preview for Xbox One but when I go to download th DLC it says it cost $9.99 and you said it was free

You might have the update already.

Go the Game >>> New Game >>> Prison Warden or Architect >>> (Games Menus) It should say Warden(Flick left or right.) If there's is more than 5 Wardens.

*If more than 10 - You have the update already .
*If less than 7 - You don't have the update yet.

I checked last night too Sammy, it told me the same thing $9.99, but when I did what I said above, I've released I had the game updated already.

MY game no longer reads, Prison Architect : Xbox One Preview.

You don't get a reward for linking your account. I believe that's the update of Wardens. Given to you.

Really?? because when I clicked on the world of wrdens it said link my accountant for access and you will recive 2 new wardens and I got Bryan Hatley And Leanne Jhonston

Your correct I'm sorry. I have 16 Wardens that are playable.
