Hello can anyone help me here, I got a code for prison architect when I bought the game but forgot to enter it. does anyone know where I can find that code again? Thanks

What sort of code? Did you pre-order it and therefore get a DLC bonus? If so, then it's your retailer you'll need to contact.

I got the game on steam for the pc and I bought the name dlc for the prisoner and I got a code to activate on this website but I don't know where the code is gone now

Okay, well the PC version doesn't have any cross-over into console so if you got a Name In The Game code from them, that's specifically for the PC version (not our website). Know nothing about those codes though so can't really help you on that I'm afraid!

If it was a Name In The Game code you received for pre-ordering the console version, the last date to enter those was August 31st I believe? It was around the beginning of this month anyway.

Let me know if it's a different code!

Ya see, I bought prison architect on steam and the name dlc, and when I went to start the game a notification came up saying activate this code when u are asked for it. So I registered on this website and there's a section to enter a code but I don't have the code now. I'm not actually sure what the code does put I think it has something to do with the dlc. Also how do u put ur own character n the game from the dlc?

Yeah sorry you're talking about the PC game, which we don't publish so I'm unable to help you much. You need to use Introversion's site (who are the ones who publish the original PC version). Even though they're two versions of the same game, I don't have any way to support you for the PC version any more than I could with Fallout 4 or GTA.
