I just tried purchasing this on PS Store and when I tried to add it to my cart I got the error message WC-40363-6. Which apparently means it is not available for my region. The normal game however gives no error messages?

Can someone explain why I can't order the All Day And Night Edition?

Hi @MetalAlbert,

Sorry, that's a PSN error so I have no idea how to find that out. What region PSN store are you on? Looking on Google it seems to be a common error across many titles, linked to PSN rather than the game itself.

That error usually indicates an issue with the license for a game's DLC. You have 2 options:

1) Go to Settings>PlayStation Network/Account Management>Restore Licenses - this option usually works every time, but if it still has same issue...
2) Uninstall the game, then do the DLC first to see if it works and then DL the game afterwards

If neither works, contact PlayStation support o see if they have any ideas. Hope this helps. ^_^

To GoCanes: That's not what Metalalbert asked about... they were asking about an error when trying to purchase the game not install it. You can't install it if it hasn't been purchased yet.

To Metalalbert: Just wait a while and try again. Try rebooting the console. If it doesn't work then you may need to contact Sony directly.

Ah, didn't notice that part in the original post... But the error is still only about licenses, so if it is giving it in the cart area, maybe the DLC is already owned and this is the closest error the system can find. Possibly the original poster did complete a purchase and due to lag or PSN maintenance they are unaware the first attempt ot purchase actually completed. Just a thought... hopefully the original poster gets it resolved.

@GoCanes: I didn't purchase it earlier on. So that probably isn't it.

However, as my fiancee was too impatient to wait for this to be solved she bought me the normal game and the DLC as well.

All is good now. Although I think there is a bug with creating buildings. For some reason sometimes buildings are not accepted as such so it seems, even after building it properly.

I am now stuck in Prison story 3 where I have built a solitary confiment cell block but it's not recognised by the game as such. Where do I report this bug?

I've noticed a few quirks with building different rooms... If you are building a new building and set the foundation to build, you cannot add pre-configured rooms to that building until the foundation completes as it thinks they conflict with each other. Another quirk which sounds more like your issue is that some rooms with "enclosed" as a requirement will think the reqs are not fulfilled if you use the Construction>Rooms>Select a Room option to assign areas as rooms and you accidentally highlight a wall in that selection. To fix that issue, just go to Construction>Rooms>Select a Room but instead of using X to highlight area, you have to use SQUARE to clear room assignment (make sure you highlight walls around the room as well) and then assign the room again but stay within the walls. Hope that helps.

Ah that did the trick. I actually selected the whole floor of the building that contains the 10 cells but I had to set the cells individually as solitary confinement cells.

It now works
Thanks for the help
