No dlc on xbox1

Purchased in game preview on Xbox store. Have yet to see any DLC. It gives me the option to purchase. I sent an email but it came back postmaster delivery unsuccessful. Wondering what I may need to do to get the DLC.

I got it with the pre order but don't see the option to create a prisoner

The option to have a prisoner added was a contest that they were running a month or so ago, and it is now closed. They may do it again in the future but for now there are no prisoners being added. This feature was not done through the game it was done through the website. You can still create one but it will not be added to the game at this time

There were also some limited pre-orders who received a Name In The Game code. Amazon.com was one I think? I know @Jesseas123 ended up with a spare code at one point.
