I pre-ordered the PS4 Edition on amazon, but I didn't get a code for the day and night dlc. I thought I was entitled to it for the pre-order, maybe I'm not, but If I am, how do I get the dlc?

I spoke to the support and they said it wasn't eligible for free promotion but they gave me a partial refund

Yeah it did but they don't believe me, I'm not too bothered cause the game is great on its own so far but the dlc would be a cool extra

Hmmm... This is the reason I screenshot my orders even if they email an invoice. I would double check your actual order and see if it still mentions it on the description of the game there. I just actually double checked on the current page of Prison Architect... it STILL says on the last bullet point under the picture: Pre-Order to get the all day and a night DLC including 8 new wardens, 8 new pre-made prisons and 8 new plots.

As long as your order was dated before June 28th then they are supposed to provide the dlc code for free.
If you are from the UK their page doesn't list that and that sux!

Sold Out probably won't reply straight away, as they'll have to check the authenticity of purchases etc for everyone who emails. As long as you emailed them everything the guidance asked for, you should receive an email from Sold Out in a few days. I understand they were aiming to begin sending emails out on Monday.

Further to my previous emails I've never got the dlc for this despite pre ordering in May. Amazon uk just say they are looking into it and I've never got so much as an acknowledgement from sold out despite having a web page devoted to what to do if there's a problem. Love the game but feel I've been treated pretty shabbily. Would love to know if anyone else got a response from the the developers
