Thanks for this! I was half way through making a huge prison with the intention of getting 500 capacity (trophy whore you see) and now you've added these extras I'm so so so tempted to start all again so I can properly plan in gaurd towers....

The only thing stopping me is the grants, cant face doing the inmate nutrition one again...

But yes thanks again and for showing you haven't just cashed in and given up on the game. Excited to see what else you can bring

Hi thanks for the love. We have lots of other projects on the go but we're passionate about Prison Architect (I was one of the original backers way back in the day). A lot of us have worked in overtime to roll out some of the new features in this update, and we're monitoring any big issues you guys might find.

I would also like to see disasters like floods ,fires ( accidentally started ) ,diseases, maybe exterior attempts to "rescue" inmates.So there are more threats than the inmates.

As always, I'll note the feedback! I'd be surprised if we introduced any new mechanics though to be honest.

Is there anyway to add escape mode in an update because it's another core part of the game and in my opinion is a lot more fun of a mode and makes the game better in general and I was kinda disappointed when it wasn't in it but besides that great game.

They've always said, in numerous other threads, that it's virtually a certainty that Escape Mode isn't coming to consoles.

Yeah, that I'm afraid. Ultimately we fed back and fed back but it just wasn't feasible- at a certain point we were just flogging a dead horse. Would loved to have given you Escape Mode but just not a possibility.

None of this is to say that Escape Mode, or any other PC exclusive features, will not make their way onto console in the future. We care about player experience above all else, and if there is enough community demand, we will of course consider them moving forward.

Is the quote from blog post in back in July. Trust me that it went through a very vigorous consideration process.
