Multiple security sector workshops

So I'm working on a rather huge prison where everyone is getting their own mini prison basically and easy prisoner tier gets their own everything basically. I'm just about finished with my medium security unit minus a few hundred more cells but it seems no on in medium security is using the medium security workshops. The foreman always stays in min security teaching them workshop safety and carpentry, and adding additional programs results in a no room found...

I just tested this and discovered that if you designate a separate 2-hour work block (with different times) in the Regime menu for each workshop it seems to work. I guess the foreman can only be in one place at a time.

I don't know why we can't hire additional formen..

Yeah was about to try that earlier but it would throw off my whole schedule lol. Even built him a new office between the 2 buildings thinking maybe he could alternate his time. I don't understand the point of multiple lawyers and accountants but 1 foreman.

Yeah, I think the regime sheculing is the most challenging part of the game, especially when you don't want different security levels overlapping for meals, etc.
