Hi Sneckster, thanks for your query about the Large TV object.
The Large TV is not intended to be available in the objects menu and was in fact only included in the Quick Common Room accidentally. The Large TV was intended to satisfy the entertainment needs of all the prisoners in the room, unlike all other needs satisfiers in the game which only reduce the needs of a single prisoner at a time. The guys at Introversion were never quite happy with how it worked and the decision was made to remove it from the game.
For that reason we will also be removing the Large TV from the Quick Common Room making it unavailable in our game too.
