User submitted bug:
I started a game and wanted to change the location of my garbage, however one tile cannot be removed which is under a red fire hydrant. Here is a screenshot.
Thanks for posting my report, just to let you know this can easily be recreated by simply making a new game as the garbage room is always in the same place.

Nothing major at the moment, had a little go this morning but then had to pop out. Looking forward to making massive prisons that can actually run without lag.
