Thanks @BestReplay, could you please DM me with your gamertag and the email address you used for DoubleID signup? I've got our developers ready to have a look into your account, see if there's anything wrong with it.
If the console is connected to your DoubleID there's no known reason for DLC content to not show. Dev has tested the retail version today (which you're all now on) and it's working so we need to do some more in-depth investigation if there are still issued on specific accounts.
