In one of my prisons the prisoners don't anything PLEASE HELP I'm playing on ps4

Nat does a terrific job responding to a large number of requests but I don't think we can expect her to be here 24-7.
Anyway, what is it that you want your prisoners to do that they're not doing?

My prisoners never go out of thier cells and only sleep and then starve to death

I'm no expert but you should check the following:

Make sure that they are assigned to a canteen (Logistics Menu).
Make sure that the canteen is the appropriate security level.
make sure that the path from cell to canteen is not blocked.
make sure that they have a time slot for meals (Regime Menu).

If you haven't been using security sectors that shouldn't be an issue.

It's a public holiday in the UK on Monday so our hostess should be enjoying a long weekend, however you can still benefit from her wisdom on the following page. (see questions 3 and 4)

Hi everyone! I am baaaaaack! It has indeed been a public holiday and I have been very busy catching pokemon and killing Plague Maidens.

So yeah, if all of your inmates are staying in their cells, then there are a few things it could be:

Accidental manual lockdown (unusual)
A breach in security (an open door/missing wall), leading to an automatic lockdown.
Security sectors blocking their exit from the room. But this is normally only if it's the area directly outside of the cell if they're staying put all day.

Are they wearing handcuffs?
