Hey all, big lover of this game on PC, but my pc can't handle prisons above a certain size, so I got a little frustrated fast and quit. So my one question is, does the PS4 version still have the infinite cash/sandbox mode? I have looked, but not found the answer. I am not terribly interested in story or anything beyond that.
