Ideas for escape mode (if it will be added)
Make it a bit harder: have needs like food and if you don't eat you can die of hunger and strong (maybe some other reputations) be obtained by using a weights bench a lot
Interact with things: be able to do stuff with fellow inmates like trade contraband and use stuff so you can work and get money to buy contraband
