Hi, I have a little issue I bought the game preview since March, I saw that if you bought the game preview you'll get the DLC for free I tried to lunch the game I was asked for an update, in short story I still don't have my DLC what's wrong?

Same here. Granted it's only 7.99 or something on the store but that's not the point, it said clearly at point of purchase that all players of the preview version would receive the dlc free, having been playing for months I feel I have kind of exhausted the Base game so was looking forward to some new things to do

I purchased the preview Xbox One version of the game a couple of weeks before launch, but I don't have the DLC. It's still prompting me to pay £7.99 for it.

I have checked, double checked and triple checked and I still only have the default wardens and prisons. The DLC content is not available to me.

Although I purchased the game before release while still under the preview program, I hadn't got round to playing the game until the day of release. I thought I had a profile here on the site, but seems I did not, so I created the profile and then linked it to my game, but have not received the DLC.

Nothing to do with me. As far as I'm aware there's nothing that would stop anyone? Unless they're unverified account maybe.

It appears to be new users who cannot send PMs.

I was unable to send PMs previously, but while browsing this page now I received a notification to say I had been promoted to 'Basic User'. The PM option is now available to me.

So this is presumably some kind of anti-spam protection, to stop people signing up with new profiles and spamming members/admins. They need to be registered for a certain amount of time, or visit/post a required number of times before they receive promotion and the PM ability.

I am also having this issue. Having played on the preview program I have now signed up but have not gotten the DLC free. Being tagged as a new user I cannot PM you to get this fixed could you please PM me so I can get my free DLC sorted

I recently had to sort this out it is because you didn't link up your double Id within the time if you go to the support page I'm sure they can help you out
