How to recruit Informants?

I know there are some topics already but none of them helped me. I'm having a small prison with about 150 cells. My prison is running very smooth actually. But every 2 days I find a dead prisoner. So when I check him I see it's a spy with blown cover. I check every prisoner before they arrive. No one enters my prison if he is a cop or a spy. But it seems they turn into spys or Informants inside. So how I can recruit them to have an eye on them or how I can find them without checking each and everyone.
I also have no idea on how to recruit them. I know they have to be in solitary and need to be suppressed. Do I need to be in the informants tab? Or do I have to click them? I can't find any option that says recruit Informants.

I'm sorry if my translation is a bit hard to understand. I'm playing the German version and I don't know how some things are called in English.

Edit: I also know they turn into spys because before they die they have been in solitary. And I always check the people in solitary.

I think I understand what you mean. When under threat people are discovered in my prison I generally switch their security level to "Protective Custody". This option should be in the options segment for each inmate. Then If you take a cell block and make its security zone "Protective Custody Only" All at threat prisoners will be moved to that cell block. With this method you can also put them on a different Regime so that they have little to no contact with the rest of your prison. This means they are less at risk of being targeted by the general population of the prison.

As an extra precaution I also have a Cantenn, Common Room and Yard all marked as protective custody. This again decreases contact between my Protective Custody inmates and my General Population.

I had this problem at first. Hover over a prisoner in solitary and press the X button. It will give you several options regarding that prisoner. Occasionally, you'll get the option "+ Recruit Informant" that you can select. However, AFAIK, informants don't yet highlight at risk prisoners, like the PC version does, when summoned. You'll have to check each prisoners traits. I think the developers still plan to have this available on the full release.
