Most programmes run during Work time in the regime so you can extend or move your Work slots.
After researching Prison Policy you can change the quantity and variety of meals.
Hi, where can I find the option to change the meals?
Press d-pad up, pick the Policy option then press Square to view the food (and parole) settings.
