Gang leaders how do they work

Ok I'm playing as Nero and had all three gang leader for some time untill all died in a riot, will another leader rise up? It's been 59 days since there's been a leader for any gang.

Hi @fourtwentytied , you found a bug! Congratulations! Well not congratulations... but well done maybe? Certainly thank you! I've already picked up with our dev team who have identified the problem and are working on a fix now. If it's not a big one (we don't think it will be) then it should be implemented in the next update. Thanks for bringing this one to our attention.

Well in that case I think I have another one for you. I've had a coma patient for well over 100 days. Its a guard. I've tried to fire him but the option is not there. Not a big deal just a guard in a coma.. I've also tried selling the hospital bed, he just gets moved.
