Not sure how it all started so I can't give step by step. It's day 50 and as soon as the day started everything is going crazy. Builders have been building a single cloned cell on top of it over and over and over. I cannot cancel the cloned cell the highlights remain no matter what and the builders continue to build the cell ageing and again. Also there is a continuing audio sound that I can only assume is the sound of prisoners digging a tunnel, this has been happening for about half hour at this point I've restarted the game but no luck.
Another issue is when building luxury cells from the quick build menu the office table will sometime face the wall of the cell. Only happens every few luxury cells.
