When i draw my plans and finally pressing "build plan" I will get the amount of cost as a +amount instead of -amount.
Planning large buildings and building them is profitable now, and i don't expect that was intended.
Also it takes awhile before the concrete is poored in and finalizing the buildings. Game doesn't like larger buildingplans .
