'Failed to connect to the server'

Just tried to play Prison Architect on my Xbox One, and got the error message for not being able to connect to the server. Wi-Fi is up, leader boards are working but World or Wardens and my DLC from the Preview Program is no longer working. I played with the DLC Wardens literally a day ago, so this is definitely recent.
Note: Due to this, I can't load any of my maps that I used the DLC Wardens on.

I think this is related to a switch-over we did on the back-end over the weekend. This issue shouldn't have persisted past Sunday but if you're still having issues let me know. I've sent a message to our back-end team just to confirm this was the issue and there will be no further instances. I'll let you know if I hear anything contrary to expectations

I seem to be having the same problem, just tried to log in now and it came up with the error check your email and password. This is despite me changing the password.

Nope, that's a different issue completely. It's normally the case sensitivity that gets people! If you want your password resetting again on the back end let me know!
