To connect areas of the prison and objects, such as a sink or cooker to utility works, you must have a connection from their respective station to the object. Power Station for Cookers and Water Station for the Sinks.
Small water pipes however will not be able to deliver water once they are 34 titles away from the Water Station, so it's best to use Large Pipes leading closer to the object and then to use small pipes.
