I've been stocking my prison with min security prisoners but just looked and I have med and max now; I didn't change their level, was it automatic for something they did?
Can I find out what they did?
When your minimum security prisoners start fights etc, it makes their level go up. I don't think you can find out what they did. But year their levels go up from mischief

Yeah if they do something bad like kill someone there security level will change automatically
I can see Escape Mode doing something like that! It would definitely make the game more challenging
If a minimum security inmate decides to kick off and kills someone they will be busted up to normal so far I didn't get anyone busted up to maximum security. Though I know only make max sec prisoner prisons.
