yes the competition did end,but certain stores had a preorder bonus that if purchased from their you can still get an inmate in the game,this is exclusive to xbox and ps4 owners.

Yep that is correct and reflected on the Create an Inmate page. The only intakes going forward will be the lucky few whose retailers gave them a character creator code.

I never did get that code but that's ok since I already won the contest lol. Guess I'm happy bout that I'm lucky lol plus I'd not even use the code if a got it so ppl would bug me for it haha

Give it away. I ended up getting 2 dlc codes for some reason so I'm planning on giving the Xbox one away
