Hi.Im new to the game and purchased it yesterday (30th june), whilst still in the preview program.I made an double id acount and linked it to my xbox game. which i have literally just confirmedvia email. i was under the understanding as preview owner i would recieve the DLC free.i have read you guide and see nothing extra in the game modes and the store is asking £7.99.i am not far into the game as im still playing the tutorialsl. if i look in the prison warden game modei see only 10 prisons available. any help would be appreciated.
You might have the update already.
Go the Game >>> New Game >>> Prison Warden or Architect >>> (Games Menus) It should say Warden(Flick left or right.) If there's is more than 5 Wardens.
*If more than 10 - You have the update already . *If less than 7 - You don't have the update yet.
Thank you for the quick reply.I have a total of eight Wardens, two i recieved after creating a double id,therefore i presume i must have the DLC ?
List of Wardens, I have.
Check the list of Wardens i have, and do a check-list.
My list consists of
1 Rira2 J.W Periwinkle3 The Pacifier4 Saphara Acknova5 Leanne Johnston6 Bryan Hatley7 The Warden8 The Lobbyist
That is all i have.
Right now, you have the Pre-Set Wardens. (Given when you get the game) and 2 Bonus Wardens for Linking your D11 acc.
So i dont have the DLC.
Unfortunately, you don't.
DLC brings 8 new wardens, and total of 26 maps in Prison Warden.
I'm not a Forum Mod or Dev for D11. So I'll let them answer on how to get it.

Ditto, I've been playing the game for months almost as soon as it appeared on the xbox preview (was bored of ARK!!!) but no dlc has arrived.
It's annoying as that was the deal offered and I'm really eager to play new maps.

Hi @Sophialilyxbox, when did you sign up to and connect your Double ID to the game?
Thought it must have been that. I thought I had done it after the initial download but when I tried to log in yesterday it made me realise register.

Hey, I signed up before the full release but didn't link it. I bought the preview on June 16. Any idea how to fix my issue? I've already linked it and restarted the game but I didn't get the dlc.
