(for escape mode and maybe for prisoners but I don't know why they will need it.) new item that guards drop when dead or unconscious or may be taken from security; radio it allows you to see everything that the guards see (clearing dog of war in escape mode of it is included soon) and allows them to see what Contraband was found and where are all the fights.
2.a option that you allows you to legalize some luxuries and narcotics in your prison in the contraband report
