We haven't said there won't be additional content, we've said there were no content updates planned. This isn't the same thing! (Though I do get that they sound familiar).
Just an FYI... Introversion has officially retired from further content updates to PA on PC. The only things you get now are player made mods and bug fixes. So good luck with that.
