I have two kitchens, one slightly bigger than the other. The bigger one used to supply my whole prison with food but I was finding that inmates from far across the prison could not make it to the kitchen in the time I had allowed, so I built a new canteen and kitchen but then I realised the bigger one had cooked food but was not serving it. I've checked all logistics and they seem to be in order, but neither of my kitchens are recieving food or cooking anything and my prisoners are all starving to death and rioting. Is there a fix?

Well that all depends on why they're not receiving food! So we know that you've got cells assigned in catering. Are food deliveries being received in the delivery area? Figuring out at what point the supply chain is broken will usually tell you what's gone wrong.

No food deliveries there at all, but other deliveries e.g. shop supplies and building materials are coming in as normal. Food is on the ovens cooked, but the chefs refuse to deliever it to the serving tables

First, dump the food on the cookers that is just sitting there. Make sure all the rooms are designated correctly. Also, make sure you have enough cooks hired. You may need to increase the number of fridges. It could also be food in an inaccessible area or dropped somewhere and the old ingredients may need to be dumped. Make sure you don't have a delivery room that is too far from the the road. Try increasing meal variety/quantity and see if that helps.

Fixed! Turns out the chefs couldn't manage to walk past a box of ingredients on the floor to get out of the kitchen. Dumped it and everything's working fine again, thanks for the help

Hooray! I am glad your inmates aren't going to starve now!
