Don't know if this have been brought up before...

Since this game is a singleplayer game, it could be cool if you implement some type of challenges where you compete against your friends.

Could be a lot of different preset challenges, where for all this type of games it's not possible to pause game and all settings will be set equal:

Different challenges (how many days to):

  1. execute first prisoner
  2. reach number of inmates: 250
  3. how many days until first prisoner escape (largest is best)
  4. how many days until first prisoner death (largest is best)
  5. how many days until first guard death (largest is best)

There could be a ton of different challenges.... this is just an example

On another note, if you are thinking of implementing any type of MP gameplay, it could challenge goals, people syncing each other for a game start, and saving together... still on each seperate map, but possible to sneak peak on each others progress... would be a killer feature.

Thanks for a great game

I like the ideas here, especially the sneak peek! haha

Once escape mode is on console (which has to happen!) you could have a mode where one person is the architect and friends could play prisoners in their prison. The architect would have control of game speed and have to build the prison while the prisoners could try to escape, set fires, cause riots and just generally cause problems for the architect. It wouldn't show the architect the real players so they would have to try to figure out who the players are to control them. This adds difficulty to the prisoners as they would have to balance behaving/misbehaving to avoid suspicion.

There would have to be a option for it as I feel if that was just in and you had no control over it would be sorta bad only because of the pause button and some people may just wanna play. In order to make it work they would need a option and that option disables the pause button because some people do like to pause for a long time doing plans at least that's what I saw on YouTube. But that would be really fun. But still there would need to be even more thinking about how it would work but still would be amazing.

Yeah, obviously it would be a separate game mode and pause would have to be either a both consent type thing, or both players get a minute of pause to use every half hour.

I agree it would be cool don't know if I would use it to be perfectly honest but still be amazing but chances are really hard to add this in this type of game would take a lot of hard work I can only imagine.
