This is a minor issue but it bugs me so i decided to see if i can grab anyone's attention. in my prison, all of the cells are quality of 10, with every improvement and a window to the outside. every now & then, the warden pops up and says "the general quality of our cells is too low", even when all of the prisoners have cells they deserve, or cells better than they deserve!! i'm not sure if i can upload images as i'm on my phone but it's not too difficult to recreate. another issue is when you're in the pause menu & look at "early parole reoffenders", it seems to list the amount that /haven't/ reoffended, rather than those who have. (like it'll say "300 prisoners released, 3% reoffending rate, but it'll have 291 prisoners listed rather than the 9 who did reoffend. am i interpreting this incorrectly or is this just a small bug? thanks for reading!
