Does anyone know what time of day the Prisoner Grant is received. For some reason my prison doesn't seem to be getting it (the funds, that is). The Finacne Screen shows a Prisoner Grant of $8,500 and a daily profit of about $3,000, yet my cash balance has fluctuated between about $100 and negative $500 for several days.
I've been watching for a few game-days now and I don't see the $8,500 being received.
