Does anyone know what time of day the Prisoner Grant is received. For some reason my prison doesn't seem to be getting it (the funds, that is). The Finacne Screen shows a Prisoner Grant of $8,500 and a daily profit of about $3,000, yet my cash balance has fluctuated between about $100 and negative $500 for several days.
I've been watching for a few game-days now and I don't see the $8,500 being received.

I'm pretty sure it's the daily cash flow at midnight. The reason you'll never see £8500 will be due to your fixed expenses also going out at the same time.
