This always happens to me. I think its something with all the prisoners you are taking in. Take in some at a time and then try. I hope this help

If they're not bringing inmates in then it's normally a problem with either the prison or the cells. Check the walking route is clear first and that there are no breaches. Then check the cells are okay- they're not set to incorrect security sectors etc. Next check you've got guards available for the transfer.

Could you pop up a screen shot of the prison? We might be able to spot where it's gone wrong.

I had some stuck in reception recently. The problem was that one guy had been pushed into and through a wall into an inaccessible area and the newbies seemed to be queued for processing in a specific order. When I removed the wall that one inmate was processed and then all the others were too.

Oh no! The worst part is it's normally a easy fix when it's something to do with Prisoner Intake. I'm sorry for your loss

1) Make sure the prison is secure, road gates and fences
2) make sure there is cells and solitary

When I first downloaded the game I failed the prison..... Cause I forgot to hire cooks.
