Bug or i am i missing something?

So the reapers gangs have a white prisoner in it and the reapers only have super black members physcos black members diablos white members and common room will not count as a room that gangs can take over is this a bug or did you finally make a update?

I don't work weekends which is why you didn't get a reply straight away. Are prisoners using your common room normally for other stuff?
