Bug: Latest patch/DLC breaks Prison Economic achievement

I am posting this here as my support request #2356 posted on June 12 has not received a response so I am hoping to get some response.

After the Psych Ward patch, Prison Economic achievement no longer unlocks after completing all grants in a prison started prior to the patch, V1.0.0.17
My main prison is in Prison Architect mode and on normal difficulty. This is confirmed because I was able to unlock Samuel Norton and D.B. Cooper on the same prison/save file on 6/11/2017, post patch.
I have green check marks under grants for the following grants 25/25
Unlock More Grants, Basic Detention Centre, Administration Centre, Cell Block A, Inmate Health and Well-being, Prison Maintenance, Visitation Rights, Security Procedure Certification, Governmental Security Ratings, Max-Sec Infrastructure Implementation, Prison Acclimatization and Engagement, The Reform through Education Initiative, Government Bailout, Prison Manufacturing Facility, Carpentry Apprenticeship Program, Staff Well-being Initiative, Inmate Nutrition Research, Crackdown on Drugs, Tool Cleanup, Short-term Investment, Long-term Investment, Cell Block B, Cell Block C, Cell Block D, and Cell Block E.

The last grant and the only grant completed post patch was Cell Block E. I have 537 capacity and the grant completion award was given to me.

My XBOX gamertag is Bort Bortson. The Prison Economic achievement and The Chief are the only two achievements remaining to unlock in the base game. I have purchased no DLC. I have also uninstalled and re-installed the game and loaded up the file and the achievements did not unlock. I have been connected to XBOX live the entire time and it has been approximately 24 hours since I satisfied all of the achievement requirements.

Please investigate and advise. Thank you.

This is also broken on ps4. Is there some sort of hidden/dlc grant?

There is one new grant in the Psych Ward expansion.

It's for building padded cells, accepting insane intake and hiring psychiatrists so the DLC content is required.

Thank you. I have a question D11_Nat. When I go back to the ticket, the status update was changed 9 days ago to "awaiting your reply" but I dont see a follow-up note or question. I checked within the last few days and the achievement did not unlock on my game that had completed the base game grants. I did not try and reload my earlier save and rebuild the extra cell blocks to conclude the final grant at this time.

I posted this same information in the ticket and submitted and the status is now Open again.

I presume like was said earlier this was an issue with new grants being added in the DLC.

Thanks Bort- Not sure where the response has disappeared to as it's supposed to send at the same time as the status change! I'll check to see if the outgoing message is still there on my side. If I remember correctly, we asked for a couple of standard reproduction questions and confirming it's been sent on to the development team to investigate.
