Bug - land unable to be purchased in the last mission of the story

hi,
I am unable to purchase land in the last mission of the story. I am unsure whether this is my fault (I.E not finding the right place to purchase it) or whether it is a game glitch. if it is my fault could you tell me how to purchase land please.

Did you research land expansion with your accountant otherwise it could be a bug hope this helps

yeah I have land expansion unlocked, how would I go about purchasing land normally?

Normally on the pc version there would be red text above the plot of land you wanted to buy
