In the PS4 version:

  1. Can you assign stationed guards to specific time slots?
  2. Can you assign (or move) a prisoner to a specific cell?
  3. How do you micromanage? I can't find any menu option for that after unlocking it on the Bureaucracy screen.

I apologize if these are silly questions but I'm still new to this.

  1. No, the guards work until they're tired and then rest in the staffroom.

  2. No, the prisoners are assigned to open cells randomly.

  3. It is under the logistics tab when you push right on the d-pad.

Thanks so much. Too bad a guard has to stand in an empty room for 20 hours a day.

Well, for example, if I assign a guard to the workshop he'll stay there permanently even though the room is only used for a few hours each day. Or am I missing something here?

No that's accurate. Just the way it works but it keeps security up!

Pretty much just hoovers the room till his shift change lol. To my surprise when I first got this off psn I found this game had been out for a fortnight and then some on the pc (since 2012 or something). Wouldn't surprise me if the base game actually let you do those things on pc let alone all the mods I'm sure they have. On pc they had a hidden 3d mode,not sure if its on console or not haven't looked yet
