A thing I encountered in the ps4 edition

So this is getting me mad and I don't know if it is a glitch or I'm doing something wrong. So after I put a mailroom in my prison, mail has been coming nonstop. This had flooded my delivery area. So I removed the mailroom and mail is still coming! I don't want it to keep coming until I have a bigger mailroom. How can I fix this issue?

The console version is 1/4 of the PC game if that and is nothing but a quick money grab, stop buying there garbage dlc also that u cannot even use with preexisting save games. #pieceos h i t port of a game.

This has nothing to do with my problem and in still getting the DLCs.
